Release Summary
This update introduces key fixes and improvements to enhance data accuracy and filtering capabilities in Aggregated Reports.
Fixes & Enhancements
1. Report Aggregation Accuracy
Previously, the aggregated datatable report only displayed the most recent updated data across all organisations. This caused inaccuracies when handling large datasets where organisations had updates on different dates and when applying a date range filter.
- This issue has been corrected. Now, each organisation’s last updated snapshot is accurately considered for aggregation, ensuring precise data representation.
2. Enhanced Filtering Options
Filtering inconsistencies arose when attempting to generate aggregated reports for organisations without specific data. For example, there was no way to pull the report of organisations that had not yet been assigned an Accreditation Tier, Organisation Sector, ED&I Strategy, or Country.
- New Filter Options Added:
- “None” for Accreditation Tier, Organisation Sector, ED&I Strategy, and Country, allowing identification of organisations with missing values.
- “0” for Organisation Size and Declared Headcount, improving accuracy when filtering organisations with no recorded data in these fields.
- “None” for Accreditation Tier, Organisation Sector, ED&I Strategy, and Country, allowing identification of organisations with missing values.
These improvements enhance data clarity, reporting accuracy, and overall user experience.
