Phase 3.1 - Final Feature Release, inclusions:
Accreditation Renewal & Progress Report Workflow Change – Improved handling of renewals and progress tracking.
Accreditation Application PDF Export – Now includes yearly status updates for better record-keeping.
Status Update Enhancement – “Tweak Required” status renamed to “Refinement Required.”
Overall Assessment Outcome Indicator – Added a clear visual indicator for assessment results.
Assessment Export PDF – Lead Assessor and Internal Feedback fields excluded from exported files.
New Data Columns – Added to Organisation, All Org Users, and Accreditation listings and exports.
Accreditation Listing Improvements – Displays latest submissions and highlights active ones.
Resubmission Email Alerts – Updated to provide clearer communication on next steps.
Resubmission Highlighting – Resubmitted applications now visibly marked in listings.
Data Table Last Updated Report – Easily view when data tables were last modified.
Internal Feedback Field – No longer mandatory when left empty.
Diversity Category Dropdown – Two new options added for better categorisation.
“We Will” Field Enhancement – Text now auto-sizes and wraps for readability.
Last Updated Dates in Organisation Listing – Visible in listings and export reports.
