Release Summary
Some signatories reported issues during application submission, caused by a check for recent data table updates that was preventing further progress.
Note: This feature is out of scope for the Phase 3 release and was not fully scoped. As a temporary measure, the check has been commented out in production to allow submissions to proceed. This will be revisited with a broader scope in the next sprint.
