Application Management Enhancements

• Admins can now view draft applications (Part 1).
• Applications can be assigned to multiple assessors.
• Renewal flow for signatories has been simplified.
• Target completion dates are now validated.
• Draft applications can now be downloaded.
• Signatories can discard and start a fresh application if needed.

Question Structure and Validation Updates

• Mandatory Questions:
   •  Questions 1, 2, and 3 are now compulsory for -
   •  Bronze Renewals, Silver & Gold targets.

• Submission Criteria:
   •  At least 4 action plan items are now required before submission.

• Question Set Improvements:
   •  Reordering of questions for better clarity (2 rounds applied).
   •  "Target Value" and "Target Unit" questions have been removed.
   •  "Is this a Foundational Target?" question removed.
   •  Word count validation added for "What is your target?" field.

• Text and Navigation Updates:
   •  Updated overview text, placeholders, 
   •  Updated side menu labels, and target outcome structure.

Administrative Portal Enhancements

• Full organisation user listing is now available for admins.
• Admins can impersonate organisational users for support.
• Conditional email notifications on lead assessor allocation/changes.
• Admins can revert applications to draft with notes and email alerts.

System Infrastructure Enhancements

• Versioning of application question sets is now in place
